Milk Thistle - it's a great idea for most people to help detox the liver. It doesn't interfere with anything really and gets along well with everything. It is nearly flavorless and you only need a pinch in your smoothie or your fruit or seed bowl.
Bee Pollen - for some smoothie blends bee pollen will be a great addition for flavor and fragrance. It can also be overwhelming to some blends so bee mindful. Bee Pollen is known for it's high content of bioavailable B-vitamins.
Tahini aka Sesame Seed Butter - I love tahani! It is jam-packed with minerals, proteins, and nutrients and it makes a smoothie so thick and creamy!! I would suggest starting with small amounts, for it can take over the flavor a bit. An example I personally enjoy is strawberry, tahini, spinach, celery, smoothie. Its so groovy tasting and beneficial.
Creatine Powder -With all the rage for creatine these days because it is a great neuro-regenerator and protector. Some people take 5g some take 10g. I find it to be flavorless and absolutely fabulous.
Ashwaghanda Powder - This adaptogenic herb is masterful. Ashwagahnda has my permission to enhance my life. Whether I need a mood lift or a balancing vibe this is the herb for calming and activating. A little in a blendy blend and you'll feel the difference.
