Feel the Vibrations

Do you observe of the quiet and subtle details; their tone of voice, their posture, their facial expression, their vibe? Do you wear your heart on your sleeve? Are you able to hide your true thoughts and feelings? Do you point out criticisms? Do you express your gratitude? Do you ask for help?

Everything in the universe, including the human body, is in a constant state of vibration.
When these vibrations are disrupted due to factors such as stress, trauma or illness, the body’s overall health and well-being can be adversely affected. Sound healing aims to rectify these imbalances by utilizing specific sound frequencies that resonate with the body, facilitating a return to optimal vibration, which, in turn, promotes healing. www.medium.com

At the center line of the Emotional Spiral chart, I like to think of there being a choice, to complain and blame or to be grateful and growth-oriented. You can usually find something to be grateful for. Choosing gratitude is a conscious effort to direct the vibrations you are emitting toward love and accountability.
Sound therapy is like orienting the whole system, body, mind, and spirit, for harmony and optimism. The vibrations of sound therapy may surface unintegrated emotions and memories. Having a heart of gratitude, a gentle touch, and an a open mind may help these past highly charged emotions and experiences integrate into wisdom through awareness.
Remember to continue breathing into your magnificence as you ride the waves of vibration through the body, mind, and spirit.
