In ancient cultures, sound baths, meditation, and healing were a ritual.
Indigenous societies around the world have utilized vibrational sound as a tool for reducing stress, creating a sense of tranquility, and promoting spiritual growth for thousands of years.
Sound healing is an age-old practice with a timeless purpose; to foster deep relaxation, restore balance and provide mental peace to those involved.

These days elements from various cultures remain and are creatively intertwined into a diverse range of therapeutic soundscapes by it’s practitioners.
During a sound bath various instruments including your own voice and/or the voice of the practitoner may be interwoven into your experience along with other elements and instruments such as guided meditation, wind instruments, chimes, gongs, crystal or metal sound bowls, tuning forks, rain sticks, drums.

Sound Baths can be booked by reaching out to 786 475 4837.
