Cancellation Policy

As we prepare for our virtual session you may want to consider the environment you will be in for the call. If you will need headphones, better lighting, or a chair with a cushion. Prepare yourself some tea or a glass or water or some yummy beverage for our time. You may cancel 24 hours before your appointment, no charge. Within 24-12 hours there is fee of 10%. 12 hours to the time of the appointment, 25% fee. After appointment no-show, 50% fee.
