GEM Practical is an opportunity for you to practice and train your brain, heart, body, mind, and spirit. Connect to the highly refined energy of gratitude, experiment to experience cascading benefits, and develop the art of meditation, inner vision, and breath gymnastics. You'll individually experiment in a virtual group setting with my guidance and use of the 9 E's of GEM and the 5 Parts of Structured Meditation. The practical is approximately 45 minutes. Let's find out together!
Preparation: sit in a comfy spot with access to your device where you will be safe and able to focus. Sitting up is recommended, but laying down is also an option. Things you may want near you; water, tissues, something to write on and with, your GEM journal... headphones, blue light glasses... a blanket to stay warm, a pillow to sit on or lean on... a candle and/or your favorite essential oil…
