10 Stress Transformations

Stress is the number 1 killer. It is leading the way in death and disease. When you can identify you are stressed through body sensations, thoughts, words, and behaviors, remedy the stress immediately. It will otherwise implode or explode.

1. Hum on your exhale

2. Count 1 on the inhale, 2 on the exhale. Continue. 1, 2. 1, 2. 1,2...

3. So Hum (So on the inhale, Hum on the exhale.)

4. I am safe.

5. Inahle, exhale "phew"

6. Inhale, exhale "ahhhh"

7. I am safe and protected now and always.

8. I am strong and capable.

9. I release, surrender, and remember love.

10. Thank you, I love you, Please forgive me, I'm sorry.

There are more techniques that will help the release and defuse stress. It is very important that stress is transformed for your health and wellbeing. Here are a few examples:

1. Physical Activity

2. Laughter

3. Screaming into a pillow
